In support of the Cullman County Schools principles, values, vision and mission, it is the mission of the Human Resources Department to provide quality services, including but not limited to, hiring/employment process, orientation of new hires, exiting process (retirement, resignation, termination) and substitute paperwork.

The Human Resources Department is located in the Cullman County Office Building at 402 Arnold Street NE, Cullman, Alabama, 35055.
